The second-largest city Burgas on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast will be booming and roaring on the upcoming June 2015. SUMMER CHAOS FESTIVAL is one of the biggest rock events of this year taking place on 16th June at Lazur Stadium, organised respectively by M.E.MUSIC Ltd in cooperation with Burgas Municipality.
The routes of this rock and metal festival originated back in the mid’ 90’s, when the festival was regarded an opportunity for mainly Bulgarian upcoming artists. Today, the nature of the festival has rather dramatically changed offering the highlighted performances of several foreign top artists.
With an impressive selection of international artists, such as Godsmack (US) performing in Bulgaria for the first time, followed by not anything less than the metal legend Papa Roach itself, and ‘the Gods’ from Finland, Amorphis, along with Biohazard, the hardcore machine straight from Brooklyn.
Tickets for the Pitch 1 and Pitch 2 are still available at Ticketpro for the prices of 85 and 65 Bulgarian lev (approximately 47-37 euros).
The festival destination itself, Burgas features the largest bay of the country at the Black Sea coast, stretching altogether 31 kilometres into the land. Burgas is a lively and well-kept city to visit and it holds reasonably priced restaurants as well as a few recommended low-cost accommodation spots for travellers on a budget.
