Süß war Gestern (Wühlischstraße 43, Berlin-Friedrichshain)
That´s a nice bar for anyone who likes the Berlin’s style. First, it´s a smoker-friendly bar; second, there´s a DJ who plays good music, and third, there are delicious cocktails such as a Pink Mojito. If you translate the name of the bar it reads ”Sweet was yesterday” and with a chilling atmosphere and friendly staff this bar it just like that, nostalgic and adorable!

Bar 1000 (Schiffbauerdamm 11, Berlin-Mitte)
This is definitely one of the most famous bars in Berlin and has the reputation as one of the city’s best high-end night spots. The bar is located by the train tracks at Bahnhof Friedrichstrass and is not so easy to find, but once there, behind its iron door you will discover a fantastic modern decor with curved glass sculptures, shiny steel walls and elevated seating. The bar is frequented by film-makers, models and everybody who loves cocktails and house music. The cuisine is also great and offers dishes of Japanese, Iberian and Latin American descent.

Luzia (Oranienstraße 34, Kreuzberg)
If you don’ have any special plans in mind for the weekend in Berlin, go to Café Luzia. There is always something going on, and this is the best bar for a “pre-party”, the atmosphere is nice and informal like in easy but not quiet.

3 Schwestern ( Mariannnenplatz 2, Kreuzberg)
This cafe and restaurant is located in the neighborhood of Bethanien and offers a nice mix of fine food and primitive rock’n'roll, which is the motto of this bar. The place is perfect for a long brunch on the weekend or just when you feel like a cappuccino… “3 Schwestern” also organizes party and swing music evenings with live music and great atmosphere.

Kauf dich glücklich (Oderberger Straße 44, Prenzlauer Berg)
As the name says, “Kauf dich glücklich” (literary translated “Shop to become happy”) it really is a boutique in Prenzlauer Berg with nice local brands from Berlin. So how did this place ever end up on my list of bars? Because they also happen to serve the best waffles in Berlin, with ice cream, coffee served by cheeky waiters.

Katz Orange (Bergstarsse 22, Berlin-Mitte)
Katz Orange (Orange Cat) is a restaurant, cocktail lounge and more, because here you´ll find delicious homemade organic cakes, bio drinks, and inspiring events in a cozy library. This place is appreciated for good service, lively atmosphere and its intellectual guests.

Friendly little bar with wonderful coffee, homemade cakes and pies. In the evening it´s a good place to enjoy a glass of wine or cocktails. Here you will meet an interesting mix of residents, business people and travelers, very comfortable and cozy place.

Das Hotel (Mariannenstraße 26, Kreuzberg)
If you love Berlin, you will love Das Hotel where you will feel the nostalgia of this romantic city. The cozy big room with its messy sculptures from candle wax, the old piano, dimly lit corners and bohemian atmosphere. The “Berliner” will order a beer here, but also cocktails and long drinks are served.

1a Lauschgift (Kleine Präsidentenstrasse, Hackscher Markt)
This is a gorgeous cocktail bar in the 70′s style situated directly on the 1a Lauschgift (Kleine Präsidentenstrasse, Hackscher Markt). Delicious cocktails, finger food and sushi, DJ’s, leather sofas, smoking lounge and much more! A nice place to organize a party or a birthday among friends.

Bar 3 (Weydingerstraße 20, Berlin-Mitte)
A beautiful bar in Berlin at the end of the line road between Soho House, Rosenthaler Platz and Münzstrasse, tucked away in a nondescript cul-de-sac. This bar has been retained as a meeting place for the art, theater and film scene. If you fit into that description, this is the right bar for you.

Bond Bar (Knesebeckstraße 16, Charlottenburg)
Bond Bar certainly fits under the description of a stylish Berlin bar with its 70s style. This bar is a perfect place for a birthday dinner or cocktails with friends, the mirror on the walls, the bright bar, to smoke a cigar with a martini glass …. A proof once again that Berlin is a very versatile city!
