After Work Like A Local – Great Aperitivo in Milan

Buonasera! It’s time for the Italian after work and happy hour: aperitivo!

One of the best ways we know to spend a warm summer evening after work or studies is to sit back and relax with friends while sipping on your favourite cocktail or a glass of good wine. This year all eyes are on the hot spot of the Italian bustling cultural city Milan, and not only because of the Milan Expo 2015 taking place until 31st October 2015.

All meals are dairy-free and meat-free and every dish is besides a mouth-watering treat, also a visual and artistic experience. If you arrive with a bigger group, making a reservation is recommended. Ghea is also great for organising events, such as birthdays or bachelor(ette) parties.

4. Yguana Café

According to locals, this cocktail bar has rather a magical atmosphere with its giant, fishbowl sized cocktails and a delicious buffet. The food is variable including pizzetta, focaccia, cold pasta and oven pasta, rice, meatballs, vegetables, chicken nuggets and french fries. It is well presented with a quick service, which means altogether a great value for money and happiness guaranteed for the visitors!

5. Bhangrabar

Located nearby the Arch of Peace in Corso Sempione, in 2003 opened Bhangrabar offers an alternative, exotic Indian style happy hour. Bhangabar is furnished with original handicrafts straight from India, including some of the most beautiful decorations. This place features an exotic getaway for brunch, lunch and happy hour lasting until 10pm!
